Getting Started
Step 1.
Account Activation
To allow for the highest standard in on-line security, as a one-off exercise, you are asked to activate your sharedealing account. This must be carried out once a username has been issued. Once verified a password is sent to you via e-mail.
Step 2.
Sharedealing login screen
Having successfully activated your account you will receive online confirmation and your password will be sent to you via e-mail. Once the password is received, you will be able to log in. We recommend that you copy and paste the e-mailed password to avoid mistyping as the password is case sensitive.
Step 3.
Changing your password
When you have successfully logged in you will in the first instance be asked to change your password to one of your choosing using the memorable data supplied in the account activation process.
Select the Submit button.
Step 4.
Login process complete
When this has been successfully completed you will be directed, in the first instance to your Portfolio screen.
